I won't be around next Thursday as it stands now.  However, as a note or status report.  Surprise is back in service, all 6 batteries re aligned for good output, that's 4 drive matched to a couple 100ths.  and a separate 2 batt. pack for the Newport, which is right next to the depth finder puck, without problems so far.  Both packs have led gauges, so both 12 and 24 power is there, plus a good size inverter for full 110v. in case of need.  Last thing to install (maybe !! ) is the on / off foot control for the Newport, just because I made that for a different boat years ago, we'll see.
