They'll give you one at the campground office when you check in, if you ask, or you can get one from Shelly at the trailer by the docks. No extra cost if you have a campsite, and no extra cost to use the ramp. Don't skip the parking pass! The fine for parking without one is about $145!! The County Parks are hungry for money and there's pressure on the parking monitors to produce. I met a nice one last year, but there was a not-so-nice one, I heard, and the Park Rangers and Sheriff's Deputies occasionally check after hours.
