I had similar concerns.  Last July 8 I downloaded,  "All_RNCs.zip" .  It is 3.1 MB.  I suppose one could track the chart numbers, and follow the latest version of each chart.  For now, I just plan to take a snapshot when I think about it.    ENC's may improve---we hope!  Bob
