It's getting to be time to think about what we're gonna do for Coot Thursday lunches when the rain chases us out of Richardson Park. I don't know if we're ready for going back to a restaurant, even if we could find a suitable one.

Paul B suggested meeting for lunch at his house in Corvallis sometime. Earl has mentioned inviting us to his shop north of Corn Valley. Dennis B has hosted lunch at his place in the past. Maybe we should make the Coot lunch a moveable feast, with different Coots hosting it on a rotating schedule, with an occasional lunch on the water when the rain refills the Freeway Lakes, or other suitable venues. Thinking back to the lunches at Denny's, I think we can expect a _maximum_ of about 10 Coots to attend a lunch.
