It is possible to add/modify Harmonics data. First get the latest version, might be V10, and then add a line for the new location into the section of that country into the file HARMONIC.IDX
Reading the HARMONIC.IDX, it is a text file of locations. One should be able to add entries. I will give it a try and see if it works or if it breaks it :-)
