The recent demise of Yellow Buses has been well documented elsewhere and much of the fleet, including the open toppers, has been purchased by Ensign {dealer}. Go South Coast (Morebus) have taken on some of the former YB routes, and from Sunday 14th Aug, reintroduced an open top  (2 vehicle) service on the 12 between Alum Chine & Hengistbury Head. To assist with this extra requirement for open tops at short notice, the former YB 5001/2 [YBZ 223/4] have been hired from Ensign and numbered 1812/3, though, to my knowledge only 1812 has thus far seen service. It retains its yellow livery, but with prominent 'More' names.

Is this the first Go South Coast service to serve Hengistbury Head?

I also believe that the closure / sale of the former Yellow Coaches operation has seen the termination of the Golden Tours Bournemouth tour which operated on that licence, but is anyone able to confirm, please?
