Why do I get the message "Raise Needle Bar and Needle Bar then power on again" when I try to turn on my machine. I recently had it upgraded to Quitmaker. This is on the 15000 Candy Brown

Have a friend who made 3 sayings (saved as JEF) 20 years ago. Went to use them and discovered one was missing. She asked me to make her a new one. I did and then stitched a sample out on my 550e. Here

Bobbin Case Jumping - and levels
Susanne, The “embroidery attachment” is the item with the levels. Also the clear tables and maybe others as well have levels on the feet. The machines as far as I know do not - you need a level surfac

A couple of the larger hoops on my MC12000 are a bit tight when trying to attach them. Can I safely put a spot of oil or WD40 on the connector pin? -- Thank you, Meryl

Lots of Wasted Thread
Very often when my MC12000 cuts the embroidery thread, the tail is very long. I waste a whole bunch of thread. I know it's a drop in the bucket compared to what I pay for my hobby, but it's annoying.
