Hi does anyone here own the software for the Digitizer Jr and are having a problem to accessing it to use it? I have tried everything to correct the use of the dongle but keep getting
'Unable to access ?Hasp SRM Run-time environment (Hoo33) I tried the site Jim recommended but no luck there. I have went to Janome and Wilcome but no luck there either. Please if anybody has some info please let me know. I paid for software that is now no longer any use.
