New iPad vs PC

Just about any iPad sold as new will be fine. If you opt for a used one, make sure it is running at least iOS 14.

I have the original I pad. that came with my 15000 in 2014
I am unable to use the apps that Jim & Diane created with this I pad
Would anyone be able to advise me the next I pad I should purchase so I will be able to use these apps? Thank you so much for your help.
Great site!

I'm hoping for some direction.
I have an old iPad and a newer PC. My IPad has all the Apps for the MC15000 and my PC has Horizon Link Suite.

Can the apps be downloaded on the PC from the App Store or are they only for an IPad?

I need to update something and am not sure which...

Thanks in advance for any info.
