Hello, I foolishly turned my 15,000 on and put in a USB stick to reformat it and noticed when it was too late that it was asking me resume last pattern OK or X.  And now I am stuck with that coming up all of the time yet touching the screen doesn’t do a darn thing. Is there a control alt delete to reboot? Or maybe some other suggestion? Thank you Lorrie

Turn the machine off. Remove the USB stick. Turn the machine back on. That should reset everything.

Thanks Jim. It didn’t help. I tried many times. Finally I had the idea to switch the needle plate and as soon as I popped it off the message cleared. Very strange. 

That explains it. There is a bug in the 15000 software that causes this. If the HD plate (trusting memory on this one, possibly wrong) is installed when the machine is in embroidery mode, it locks up as you discovered.

I’m not sure what was where when it happened but the bug is now squashed. Thanks Jim.
