This will require tech intervention. If the upgrade was done by the dealer, it's likely that something is not put together properly. Sorry for bad news on a holiday weekend!

After the installation of the Quiltmaker upgrade, the machine won't stitch if I use the automatic needle threader.  It acts like the presser foot is down making the thread tight.  Any fix for this???
