Janome Forum

I hope it is okay to ask this here. For a long time I also belonged to the Janome Forum through Janome itself. Then I am told my password is not good which I changed and then it is not good. I can not find this on Janome's site. I had the link to it in my Bookmarks and it says it is not working. Does anyone on here know what I am doing wrong? Thank you for any help. I do enjoy this 12000 list as that is what I have and have had it since the 12000 came out and love it. Taking a break from gnawing on a rutabaga, Jim says: When Janome did the website makeover I seem to recall something about everyone needing to get a new password. Just click the "Lost password" link on the login page and you'll be allowed to select a new one, or the one you used to have if you prefer. |

The janome forum just doesn't work well at all on my iPad so I had to give it up, so glad we have this one 😉

I too have not been unable to log into the Janome forum. I did email and get a new password but was still not able to! And also have since clicked "lost password " with still no luck! I have since looked again and now can't even find the forum...........so that's it! Will give up!! Much prefer Jim and this group! And there are some good Facebook groups for Janome owners that will answer questions. Good bye Forum!! judy.j Sent from my iPad On 7 Feb 2015, at 20:04, Lou Crawford piano4221@... Thank you Jim and all. Nothing works at all with the Janome Forum. They say I am already registered, but neither the new or old password works and I asked for a different new password, but have heard nothing. I will forget it and stay with this one. The Janome.com forum is found when you select "SUPPORT" from the Main menu.http://janome.com/
Once that menu opens you should see this:http://janome.com/en/support/ I also found that many of the google links are not connected to the new site so you get an error message or at least that is how it shows on my computer. Do not use any previously saved/old bookmarks as the links no longer work. Also, if you can not log in, contact Janome. I'm sure they will help you. It comes up under the Support menu. I've been successful in getting into the site with no problems. However, I do not like the new format of the forums and like many, tend to go to Facebook group or here in Jim's 12000 Yahoo Group.
