Sending Design to 12000 from Horizon Link

It sounds like the machine is out of sync with the computer. Turn the machine off, then back on and try again. If you get the same error, restart the computer. If you then get the same error every time the machine should be checked.

Hi,
I took an image and converted it to a digitized embroidery design. I just used the option of the Digitizer Program to automatically digitize it. I saved it as a Jef format.
I tried sending it to my 12000 using Horizon Link, but keep getting the following error message:
"The machine is opening/saving a file. Start data transfer after opening/saving file is complete."
It seems to be frozen or something! I am clueless what I'm to do.
