Is it safe to purchase prewound bobbins, class 15 , colored thread for Janome 12000?

As long as they are good quality, i.e. no burrs on the edges, no cracks, etc. they should be fine. Note that Class 15 bobbins are sometimes sold as type A.

I’ve used all sorts of pre-wound bobbins on the Janome 12000 and 15000 machines with no problem. Depending upon the thread weight, you may want to do some test runs and adjust accordingly if you change manufacturers or types of thread.
