Hi,
I am just purchasing a new MC 12000.  My question is since it is an older model, should I take it to my local dealer for an "oil and Lube?"  :)  or will it be OK right out of the box?

If it is truly new, i.e. you are the first owner, then it does not need servicing. If it's previously owned, then a cleaning might be worthwhile.
