I had this problem and found it went away when I followed Jim's directions for winding a bobbin. Make sure you are using the fastest speed. Jim's directions are in the files on this site. Janice

I completely agree with Jane. The app answers questions for me all the time and when I haven't tried something for awhile it provides a much needed refresher for me.
