HowJanome Dealer Sent My Machine Home After Service
I would call Janome directly and complain about that dealer. It's possible you got a lemon. In the meantime, have you ever tried a different bobbin case? I ask because mine have never been hit, droppe

I believe ASQ is Accufil Square, and GR is Great or, Giant Rectangle. And, obviously, HH is Hat Hoop.

Changing the bobbin
I don't think there's an actual feature for moving the hoop past the needle to expose the bobbin, but move the hoop far enough back, unhook it and just balance it on the arm and hoop bed. This moves t

Embroidery Stopping in Middle of Design Without Reason
If it just stops and beeps with no message, take it to a dealer. Mine was doing this and it was a sensor issue. It's completely gone since I had it serviced. If it stops but starts again, it's checkin

Has anyone used "Creative Feet"
Didn't Janome just come out with a couching foot for the newer machines? Jumping off the couch, Jim replies: Yes they did. The free motion couching foot set (Part #202110006) fits 9mm machines and 7mm

12000 stopping mid design
It's the machine checking to see how much bobbin is left. If it's good, it starts up again. -Whitney

Unfortunately, just abutting the designs is not enough to make them merge and stitch out as one. To do that, I think you'd need at least a basic embroidery editing program, like Janome's Digitizer Jr.

I saw that and wondered about it. I love couching yarn and so far have been using a rolled hem foot or the cording foot with thin yarn. I have the yarn embroidery foot. Is this foot different than tha

12000 stops during embroidery
My machine has done this. It's checking the bobbin. It seems like it kind of randomly does it. It always checks it between colors and when I stop it, but a few times it's completely stopped during the

I've just seen this is posted now on a few websites. It has the embroidery unit like the 12K, but two different hoops. One is a 5.5x5.5 that's square, not oval, and a 6.7x7.9, which isn't a 5x7, but c

Cannot move my design in the hoop
It also may be that there's a stray stitch somewhere, either one at the beginning or the end of the embroidery that makes the design too big for the frame. That's happened to me before. -Whitney
