My thoughts on this matter is the design is not in the embf folder on the USB drive, therefore the machine cannot read it. Most common mistake made by sewists even experienced ones who are in a hurry.

On rare occasions nesting is caused by too much pressure on presser foot, if this is only happening in certain areas, you might try lessening the pressure using icon for tension setting.
