550e out of calibration
Note stitch number you are on. Remove hoop. Turn machine off for a couple of minutes. Turn back on. Arm will move, might make a terrible noise, but will be calibrated correctly. DonnaM Canada

I doubt that the invisifil thread will melt under a type home iron. Polyester is heat resistant. Perhaps the quilt shop was thinking about nylon thread which will melt at a much lower temperature. Don

The two blocks you cannot see at your 12000 are too long for your GR Hoop. Maximum length in the GR hoop is 300 mm. There is not special hoop for this situation. You need software to split the design
