Thanks Ceil, I understood some of what you said, and it seems like I’ll have to take it in. I came across a rolling case from one of my earlier machines, and I’ll see if it’s big enough. It looks tall

I’ll try seeing if the needle will go any higher by turning the wheel. I have already checked, and the needle is inserted as far as it will go, and I’m using a purple tip needle as suggested by my dea

Your opinions upgrading from MC12000 to MC15000
I upgraded about 2 years ago, and very happy I did. I like the addition of WiFi and the automatic needle threader, although it doesn’t seem to work at the moment. It’s probably a minor adjustment, sin

I thought I read that Horizon Link could be installed on an iPad, but if it needs to be installed from a CD, how can that be? O still haven’t linked it to my machine from my laptop because I forget to

Quilting question
I have been using Leah Day’s methods. I finally realized that it caused the least confusion to learn from one person! I’m not an expert, and there are many reputable quilters with differing opinions.

Follow-up on MC15000 error
Funny, I just started having the same problem! It started when I put on the walking foot, which I haven’t used in ages. The only way I could solve it was to take the foot off and put it back on again.

I’ve read many times to just move the needle one notch to the right, but I can’t seem to find the stitch setting to do it (on the 15000). Right now I’m using plastic orange tape, but it doesn’t stick
