Yes just make sure you have a good virus and malware program on it. There’s lots of people still using XP because the programs they use won’t work on anything later. Just be aware that newer programs

bobbins breaking
Are they old bobbins, they are plastic and can become brittle, if the bobbin is wound to tight that can also cause them to break. Some of my bobbins are starting to yellow (only way I can describe it)

Dual feed ED foot keeps disengaging
I’ve found it disengages when it’s too thick, if you’re using the narrower one which is the zipper, that might be why, it might need the wider foot.
