Janome 12000 and 14000
I have the 12000, but I also have the 15000. I would go for the 14000, the 12000 is discontinued so if you can get one new or exdemo, it’s old stock, I’d be cautious. I’m not a lover of the wifi funct

Check the cutter, thread could be trapped in there if it isn’t cutting cleanly, and it could be catching the thread as it sews

Memory Craft 11000 auto needle threader not working
Just read this with interest, my 15000 did this once, and it was because the top thread was trapped underneath the cone on the stand, could your thread be caught up somewhere? It might be out of sight

Acudesign to PC. Can’t open file on PC
Did you send it zipped if you did that could be why your editor and acuedit can’t open it. I always use Dropbox, I send from Acudesign to dropbox then transfer from dropbox on my PC to USB to transfer

Have you tried locating the design in the folder, and dragging and dropping to the USB? Have you checked the USB to see if it has been sent over and it’s ok? I know when I ‘send’ from my software, I d

Yes but because it’s an update it is on the second page it doesn’t slot in between the 5x5 and the 9x9 which is what you would expect. But you do need to download the update from the global website, y

Sewing on bra hooks
I think I would try the normal zipper foot, probably move the needle position to the every edge of the foot on the side that the hooks are, might give better clearance and avoid the wobble.

Questions about 550e
If it’s recommended I would oil where the manual suggests just don’t put too much in, hoping you won’t have to next month. They wouldn’t suggest it if it wasn’t necessary. your machine may sound noisy
