Re: Apps on 14000
You won’t be able to use the wifi functions because the 14 isn’t wifi enabled. But I used the acudesign with dropbox and transferred to USB from Dropbox on my PC. You can get a USB that fits

Re: Question about bobbins
I have my bobbin warning set to 0.5, from when I get the first warning to it stopping when in embroidery mode, I know I have around 3000 stitches. If it stops before the end of the design I gauge

Thank you! That’s good to know – saves me money. 😊 I already have a USB flash drive that I use to load embroidery designs to my small Brother machine. Glad I can use the same process.

Re: Apps on 14000
You do NOT need an iPad with the 14000. Because the 14000 does not have WiFi, there is no way to send designs directly to the machine from an iPad. You can, however, get a USB flash drive that

Question about bobbins
Any idea about how much thread is left on bobbin when you get the warning that there may not be enough thread left to finish design. I’d like to know approximately how many stitches before I run

Re: Janome 15000 foot pedal
I had the same problem with the foot pedal, too. It started after I turned the machine back on the next day, after it had been sewing perfectly, so nothing at all had happened to cause any issue. No

Hi, Beth! It sounds like you are in "Murphy's Law" mode, but hopefully it will soon be over. Getting the bobbin case installed correctly can be a bit fiddly, but once installed correctly, next time

Apps on 14000
Hi all - I'm new to the forum. My MC 14000 is shipping to me this week (I'm very excited!). I've read that except for wifi and some stitches and embroidery designs, it functions just like the 15000.

Re: Janome 15000 foot pedal
I had that issue. It wasn't the pedal but the power supply inside the machine that powers the foot pedal. It sewed fine with the button. I think the bill was about $280 for fixing it. I tested it by

Hello Cheryl
Thanks for the encouragement. I did have a little trouble getting the bobbin case in far enough so that the needle plate was wobbly but I persevered and finally got it in flush. Spent

Thanks for the idea of using the binder clip as a thread guide. I will have to try the smaller spool holder insert. I know it is designed to work with the taller spools.

There are actually 2 versions of the Superior one...a fancy one with multiple thread positions (which I don’t have) and a simpler one that is basically a heavy cast iron base, spool pin, and a tall

Re: Janome 15000 foot pedal
Have you tried sewing without the foot pedal and using the button on the machine. If that works, then the issue is probably with the pedal or the cable itself. If it cuts out when using the button on

Re: Acuedit not getting new designs :(
Oh, and I had also tried the 'copy to Acuedit' option through Chrome, it did not work either, likely was that the file information had simply not been allowed to download.

Hi Jim, I’ve tried the 12000 foot pedal, it worked ok so it doesn’t look like it’s the socket on the machine, so husband is going to have a closer look at the 15000 pedal, he’s wondering if
