We've experienced the link pop-out before. Try reducing the foot pressure on the top of the machine.

I bought mine off eBay but it came from Pocono Sew & Vac in Stroudsburg, PA 18360. 567 Main Street, (507)421-4580. It is the latest version so you don't need to buy the addendum.

and also, beware in printing the manual you don't have the margins set such that you dont get the page numbers :( after getting it printed and bound i got home and tried to look something up....oops!

Still won’t open designs. I got to Open With - Choose default program. “Use this App for all .jef files” and that is checked and clicked on HL. Message - this app can’t run on your PC. I

Windows is only able to associate one program with a given file type. When you installed Horizon Link Suite (HLS) it should have become the default to open embroidery files, at least those in JEF or
