From what I remember from the 10K series, they DO NOT read DST.....They did read JEF and SEW. The SEW format was limited in size AND colors as well. Dottie in Texas

You probably need to reinstall the HASP drivers again. This happened to me once. I don't have a link for it maybe Jim or someone else can help with that.

When my 6 year old Toshiba laptop gave up, I went to Best Buy and the Geek Squad and got an HP Envy. Geek Squad installed everything and got my new system up and working within a couple of days. A

SEW format is a Janome format previous to the MC10000/10001 embroidery sewing machine. It should work but the design might be small as the machine that used that format were the Janome 8000 and 9000
