The manual is on line and pdf. I have downloaded one for a model I do not have but a friend owns. When she has trouble I can check out the manual and walk her through it. She has a manual but does

I don't think anyone can be using a class M bobbin in a Janome machine. They are just too wide.
What people could be using is a class L bobbin which I believe are used in Brother machines and many

My embroidery arm had not only made a terrible noise, but went shooting off the edge of my hoop! I took the machine and arm to the dealer and he found a piece of plastic that looked like it

Like Lori, I couldn't get a scant 1/4" using the 1/4" foot. Using the cloth guide solved the immediate problem. BUT, the first time I was sewing in a zipper, I realized the needle center drop position
