Re: Buttonhole foot not working
Maybe you can embroider the buttonholes. I've seen free buttonhole designs online.
Kathy 3-4 hours to your dealer is a nightmare!

Re: Buttonhole foot not working
Fiona,
You might see if you can get the B2 Automatic Square Button Hole (page 48 of the 15000 v2 manual). It does not require pulling down the buttonhole lever.

Re: Janome9900/Elna860
I had similar with my 15000, I was terrified! I put a new bobbin case in as my original had been punctured with a needle strike, I filed it and it was working fine but I wanted a new one, so replaced

That's why you got the message. The bobbin case either got spun past the stopper, or was lifted up by thread being out of the take-up lever so it jammed. Remove the thread. Then turn the hand wheel

Thanks for your quick reply. When I went to take out bobbin case, it seems to be stuck. What is the best way to remove?

First shut your machine off. Let it rest a few minutes. It is possible your arm has something stopping it. It sounds more like your embroidery arm making the noise. Before turning back on check your

Remove the needle plate and bobbin case. Turn the hand wheel through a couple of stitch cycles. If it is hard to turn, it may be a bushing failure which will require dealer intervention. If it turns

Many software programs have features, such as adjusting stitch density, that improve resizing above/below 20%.

Re: Embroidery software
I have a friend that uses Embird and loves it. She says that she can resize a design more than 20% with no problem in Buzz edit (I think). It was one component of the program.

Re: 350E price
No it won’t hurt the machine, if it doesn’t read the format it just won’t show it. I’m fairly sure the 350 will read it, can’t remember if I’ve used it on mine.
