Kathy, this has already been posted into the files by Jim. You can print it off of there. I didn't know it.

Re: Ready to Exchange
I am using the yellow dot bobbin case. I buy all my thread from the dealer. I wind my own bobbins with the thread he sells me. He is the only dealer anywhere close. He's been in business over 30 years

Re: Ready to Exchange
I just had to add my two cents. I have the 15000 and have not had any issues at all with this wonderful machine. I’m so sorry you have to go through this.

Yes, my French knot stx works wonderfully on the 15k as well! And can even be used in Horizon Link Edit mode, "convert .stx'' and in the Acustitch program.
Thanks Jim for reminding the members about

Re: Using The French Knot for the Janome 10,000
There's a stitch file in the Files section created by member favymtz: FrKnot.stx
It was created for the 12000, but should also work on the 15000.

Are you using Janome bobbins. I’ve found using prewound bobbins that aren’t Janome but generic said to be Janome type can cause the bobbin to leap about and push the cover off, especially when

It took me a couple of years to diagnose this problem, which was happening well before the 15000, on the 9000 and subsequently the 11000. There are two stages to the problem. It starts with the bird

I wonder is it something that you're doing that you may not be aware of. I say this because I had a 6 needle embroidery machine and the thread continued to break. I took it to the dealer had it
