Re: Question for Jim regarding new update
The update will be on the web in July, but they are going to give it to dealers in June. This is to encourage 12000 owners to visit their dealer. As soon as we get a copy we'll announce our findings

Re: Flower stitch attachment
We experimented with low to high shank adapters 10 years ago with the 10000. At that time we were not able to find one that would work with the flower stitcher. I don't think much has changed since

Flower stitch attachment
Hello,
I wonder if there is an adapter for the Janome 12000 so I can use my flower stitch attachment?
It is made for a low shank machine.
thanks,
Gerda

Re: Switch to Graphics Mode in Digitizer MBX
By any chance did she uninstall and reinstall MBX after the initial installation? Doing that breaks the Corel interface and it requires tech intervention to repair.

I think i have found the setting for bobbin that allows you to use it to the end. It warns you but doesnt stop until it actually runs out. This is an options on a setting of one.

Yes there is a lock button I believe in the lower right hand side (not at the machine at the moment sorry). Ask me how I know! I did the same thing a few times haha.
