It has been standard practice in the sewing machine industry to offer at a minimum new owner training for the machines they sell.
One dealer I had (different brand) would offer free classes each

Sometimes the extra needle plate and buttonhole foot and stabilizer plate are stored in the bottom of your removable accessory tray.

I've attended a couple of classes where I got my hand slapped for trying to tighten my hoop too much. I guess it's not only unnecessary because you could damage the hoops but also results in less

I live in England, and my dealer is superb, he is an independent dealer, not tied to a particular brand of machine and thoroughly conversant with all the brands he sells, Andy Dyson of Sew

My dealer offers private life time lessons and is great over the phone too. I had no problem booking the private lessons. One dealer I went too (actually my "local" dealer) told me I could have 3

I am scheduled for my first class on the 28th of this month and am really looking forward to it.

It might even be great for some if dealers offered no classes and lower prices but what I see happening is dealers are charging premium prices and no classes. What is even worse they don't spend time

Laughing out loud and not purring - I did consider what happened to the cat! Glad I'm human!!!
It is sad when you invest the money for TOL machines and don't have some insight on the bonus and perks

Jim, I am getting the "connection to network failed" error. Yes, it does get to the point of asking for the passcode. I checked with Verizon for that very reason thinking that the letter was lower

is there any way that you can get the needle to stay in the fabric when you stop the embroidery stitch out? and I don't mean just stopping it, the needle comes up automatically and then physically

My dealer or any dealer should give as many lessons you need to learn these machines.

Hoop helper
I was having a difficult time trying to tighten and untighten screws on the hoops when my husband gave me a screwdriver with a bigger end to better fit into the slot and also gave me a 1.5 inch piece

You state that there is a place that you can go to receive instructions to connecting the IPad to the 15000. I, too, am having problems connecting the two and the instructions in the manual are not
