I totally, absolutely agree with you xvictorygirl about the UPS! A
small investment for peace of mind & replacing our machines. I also
keep my laptop plugged into it.

Lou Ann,
The bobbins are the same for sewing and embroidery. Janome machines and I've owned quite a few in the last 30 years ALL used the same bobbins. I really like the pink and blue ones, but

When I have turned my 12000 off after finishing an embroidery design, I have noticed that when I turn it again, a message pops up in the window asking me if I want to go back to the previous design.

Hmmmm. Can you see a difference in the embroidery specific bobbins? My dealer sold me what looks like "regular" bobbins in a Janome package.

Thanks for the hint. I'll have to feel my way around my bobbins as my eyes don't work like they used to, either. (p.s….I really really like your closing comments!)

Not sure if you have seen this, but it's interesting to know that we can increase the stippling spaces.

I don’t understand why you would need the Teflon washers. I have had the 12000 and it was very quite. Guess the first thing I would do is check my bobbins. Maybe they have a problem like Carl
