Unfortunately, deleting the folder didn’t help. I still get the same error message when I try to install the new HLSuite. But, I do really appreciate your attempt to resolve the problem. Thx

Unfortunately that feature is not available in Horizon Link. To convert divide the millimeters by 25.4 and you'll get inches.

It could well be the bobbin holder, since each one has a small "flipper" that is used in measuring the amount of bobbin thread remaining. You can easily test this by using the embroidery bobbin holder

This is a typical unhelpful message, but I think what it's trying to say is that it could not read a registry entry from the installation CD. A read error has the same effect as not having read access
