Hello all
Well yesterday my Dealer rang me to say she had a buyer for my 12000 - so I brought it in and it is now sold so I am minus a Janome at the moment.
I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my 15000 -

As long as the fabric has not been removed from the hoop, you should not have a problem. Just replace the hoop and touch the - (minus) key until the needle is back to the point of the first removed

It's easy you judt go hook it back up to the machine and the machine will ask if you want to start where you left off and press I believe cancel and it will start all over!

I use Stitch Buddy on my Ipad and my Apple laptop. I easily transfer the designs with a USB memory stick.

Not sure I understand your questionabout the needle. I use 75/11 or 80/12 both sharp point and ball point depending on what I'm sewing. I move up to a 90 on heavy fabric or leather and down

You should be able to ask your dealer. Almost all Bernina and a few Janome machine have counters of some type I haven't looked(my failing) at the 15000 but it has some type of counter. The 12000 does
