I had this problem. Have your service person check the "male/female" connection of the embroidery module and the sewing machine. I had a bent wire inside and the service man had to heat the wire and

You compared your stitch outs comparing your MB4 and the MC12000. I don't have a MB4 but I do have a commercial 16-needle Melco Amaya XT. Needless to say the Amaya XT has a higher stitch

There has been at least one other person who had a similar problem, which was due to thread getting caught in the embroidery arm mechanism. You will need to have your dealer correct this.

thanks for the link! I never press, and never trim...I start out by having the bottom fabric (wrong sides together) extend out a bit, take a few stitches, and then bring the bottom extension up

Since you can plug your laptop into the machine, put a CD in it and you can read it in Link-So much easier and clearer than the CD reader.
