new open toe foot for the 12000
I hear there is a new open toe foot for the 12000. Anyone else hear this.
Anyother new hoops of feet out there?

Hi Jim thanks for your reply I managed to fix the sensor myself as I found a MC11000 Service Manual online & followed the step by step instructions in there & it worked a treat. Thanks for your help

thanks for the link! I never press, and never trim...I start out by having the bottom fabric (wrong sides together) extend out a bit, take a few stitches, and then bring the bottom extension up

Re: CD reader for the 12000
Since you can plug your laptop into the machine, put a CD in it and you can read it in Link-So much easier and clearer than the CD reader.

Re: embroidery compared to Bernina
How does the stitch quality of the 12000's embroidery compare to the Bernina 830? I have found that the Janome MB4 has better stitch quality than the 12000.
Thanks,
Alice

Re: Janome MC1100SE presser foot P embroidery error
That's a common problem on the 11000, especially new ones. There is a sensor that needs to be adjusted under the top cover. It's simple, but your dealer needs to do it.

Re: Sewing Machine Cabinet
I use a regular Horn cabinet, pulled out from the wall enough to accomodate the embroidery arm with an extra inch or so for maneuvering.
