Does anyone know if you have to have Horizon Link installed to use the software that comes with the Acufil Quilting Kit? I am going to pick up the kit tomorrow.

I live in Australia and I did watch it. You could find the project on the Janome website.
Go to Janome global
Click on project center
This will take you to a similar page
Click on webinars on the drop

Go to the Janome website. Click on project center and then the drop down list for webinars. The PDF files are there... three of them for each segment that she covered. I don't know if they recorded

Pam every MBX installation, including a non-upgrade version, will ask to have the dongle connected at the end. That's because it wants to verify that you have a proper dongle, not that it wants to

If you have Digitizer MBX you can fix this by opening the design in EasyDesign and reassigning colors from the Madeira Rayon 40 chart. Since you asked the question, it's safe to assume that you do not

Julie, I got used to using the roller foot on heavy seams with my Vikings. However, Jim reminded me that the little black button on the A foot performs pretty much the same function.
