I received the same message on my 12000, the message is a code for those who repair the machine. If memory serves me correctly, it involves a step motor. Google Janome error codes. Good Luck!

Help.
Turned off 12000. Turned back on and buzz with message lift presser foot and needle bar, turn back on. I did same thing.

I don't know if this info will help at all but there was an Apple update this week. That probably affected your defaults. Can you set it in 'settings'? Maybe the StitchBuddy developer will know

Mattes, author of StitchBuddy, follows this list so I'm sure he will jump in. The basic problem is that within an iOS app the developer can specify a specific file type and provide an icon for that

That price is way too high. Even with the included items
Check with a dealer perhaps they may have a newer e.g. 12000 or even the 15 000 that include all accessories and more hoops.

Janome has released a digitizer product called Artistic Digitizer. There is also a “Junior” version, the Janome Artistic Edge cutter comes with a ‘specialized’ version of it called Artistic
