HP Plate and Foot Question
Jim: I was watching a video on line regarding the HP plate and foot and the person in the video said the foot does a scant 1/4 inch.
I thought this plate and foot does a 1/4 inch seam and not a scant

Dropbox is yours anywhere you login to it. If you login on your pc, mac,
Phone, tablet, it is there—-but it is there for anyone to see if you don’t have a password lock on your device.

Thank you for the clarification. I am not looking for free designs i just didn’t understand what the folders were about. I was thinking it was a storage program.

Fiona the download is a set of empty folders and sub-folders where you can store your designs. I found these a good starting point and have since added new folders, deleted others and renamed as

Each computer that Dropbox is installed on looks like a "place" in the file system on that computer. So to get a design into HLS you would just use the normal open function and go to Dropbox on the PC

Drop Box
I have Drop Box on my MAC and would like to put it on my PC, where my embroidery designs are. When I purchase an embroidery design, can I put it into Drop Box on my MAC and then open it on the PC?

Fiona,
You are very welcome! When we all first got started, it was like learning a foreign language. I read the manual for my digitizing program twice and it didn't make any sense at all. Neither did

Re: Digitizer Software
If I could digitize, I would make a stitch out of this visual. I would use it as my label. A looong armed witch quilting with a pentagram. Perfect!

I've been using a set of folders that I downloaded 20 yrs ago and still recommend using them today. I have NO affiliation in any way and my folders have been renamed/deleted/new folders added/etc etc

I wouldn’t store them in acuedit, I’m not sure if you can, you can store them in acudesign in a user defined folder. But I would file them in relevant folders on a computer, I would also back up

QUOTE: "It reminds me of a pentagram used by long arm quilters.”
Cat, I’m not sure what I typed yesterday, but when I read through the topics today, I was HOPING no one noticed the spelling
