Re: Servicing of Janome 15000
My 15000 is at least 7 years and and I've been good about taking it in for maintenance annually, but it's showing it's age. A few weeks ago, I took it in early for maintenance and adjustments because

While I never had an oil issue, I have been warned it can happen, and to keep an eye out for any excess.

Judy-
The felling feet that I found were generic ones on the Sewing Parts Online website. Janome's site was acting goofy for me so I was not able to find them there- but that doesn't mean that

Hi Judy,
I also have the BERNINA Foot 70 4mm Fell Seam Foot and Foot 71 8mm Fell Seam Foot. I don’t think Janome has Fell Seam feet but you can use any Fell Seam Feet that fit a Brother or Baby

Re: Lap Seam foot
Thank you, Tracy. I have the Janome 15000 Quiltmaker. I also have the foot book, but I guess I didn’t know what I was looking for. Are the feet you found generic or Janome?

Re: Foot pedal Janome 15000
I frequently use the 12000 foot pedal for the 15000, because when I take my machine to class I don't like to carry the big bulky one.
(I should say, when we used to go to classes!)
It works fine.

Does Janome have an equivalent foot to Bernina’s #71 Lap seam foot? I have seen the lap seam for used to sew on binding and would like to find a Janome foot like it.
thank you.

Re: Foot pedal Janome 15000
It will work, but it won't attach to the bracket with the cutter on it. As long as you don't mind using the button to cut threads you should be fine.
