Absolutely 4 colors to test. I leave my machine threaded with different colors. I only change for topstitching when it needs to match. ‘Only’ with different colors can you easily tell what part of

Have you tried using a different colour in each thread space - that’s 4 colours. Then do a test sample on scrap organza. Stretch the fabric out when you’ve stitched it

What is happening to your stitches? Are you getting stitch formation? Did you test on cotton? Adjust tensions? Might try it on plain cotton, then when it’s right, on organza to see what changes

There's a bobbin case designed especially for this, with slightly lower tension than the standard bobbin case to correct the balance between the upper and lower threads. You can see it

Unplugged the machine and and re inserted the power cord Did the design 4 more times this pm and the issue seems to be resolved Thanks for all the help

I would tighten the top tension, the bobbin thread a higher tension than than the top thread and is pulling it down, tighten the top tension a bit and it will equal it out.

Not sure what a "repeated pulse" sounds like, but there are a couple of possibilities. If it happens ONLY on this design, then there could be something funky about the design, especially if it was

Did you check that you had good electrical connections at both the machine end and at the wall outlet? Maybe it could be that it's loose and just looks plugged in but is actually having an

machine suddenly stops
while doing an embroidery today the machine stopped and and made a repeated pulse sound
Went away when I turned machine off and on but it has just happened again
