You can send wirelessly from the software to the 15000, though it is one at a time like the cable I am usually only working with one design. It is quick and I can second a second or third design

The update to V3.0 was sent out from Janome when the Dealer notified them that you purchased the upgrade to the machine.
If you purchased the "Quiltmaker" edition of the machine then your HLS

Most PC technicians would assume that the V3.0 update would also include what's in V1.1, and would like try to install that by itself. Janome updates work differently, and if the V3 update does not

I have the 15000 connected wirelessly to my PC (Win 8). We had to get a new router to increase speed for our computers. The PC will not connect to the new router. It shows that the new network

Ah, Pictograph stitches in the Ordinary Sewing Mode....some can be adjusted smaller, but that could distort the finished stitch. For example, Pictograph Stitch #1 default is set to 9mm width and 2.5

Pauline, all the snap on feet should be interchangeable with the 12000. However, the Accuflex foot of the 12000 will not work with the S5. The S5 uses 202133005 Convertible Even Feed Foot instead.

Aren't the pictographs the redwork designs, such as a dog, etc. They are shown in the manual for the 15K also. Claire S.

I don’t think you understand about designs in your machine’s memory. The machine cannot handle many more designs than it already has built in. The memory is quite small. You want to use a USB

Now I can put that issue to rest. Good thing program was free because other that lettering, I doubt I will ever use it due to being only able to send one design at a time.

My 12000 Janome Memory Craft has a message on the screen "Short of Memory storage" I CANNOT GET IT OFF THE SCREEN. EVERYTHING IS GRAYED OUT BEHIND THE MESSAGE.. however I can see It has only .03used
