I appreciate all the help I have received from this group about my new embroidery machine. I have sewn out a couple of designs and found in a couple cases that the automatic threader can not be used

I run a 1.25” strip - straight grain through my bias tape maker tool (I use the yellow one). Then fold over again and press. Then I zigzag the strips full length. They make ties about the right

Some companies cut the strips to measure from the tip and some from the inside angle. Just measure your strips and sew accordingly.
