I totally agree with everything you mentioned.
Jim and Diane have taught me more in their videos and apps than I’ve received from my dealer, who I like but have neglected their customer base.

Mary jo, I'm not Diane, but I do use Embird. Pegboard Crafts has some really helpful Videos, and they are reasonably priced. Peggy does the classes, then posts them afterward to download, but you can

I have the Janome 15000 but it is too big and heavy to take to classes. I have a Janome 4120 that I use for “just sewing” events that I go to and a Skyline S9 for the times I need embroidery.

I have a DC1400 that is very easy to maneuver and has everything except the auto cutter. I love the speed control on it.

I agree 100%. I hate round hoops. It does pop off when you least expect it. Poor designer!!

I have a 15000 but bought the Skyline S9 for classes, which I enjoy and the feet are interchangeable since they’re both 9mm. But you may not need the embroidery feature and it may be too heavy for
