Acudesign is very powerful, you can select hoops for just about all the Janome machines and lots of other brands, the edge cutters and a couple of generic hoops. You can’t save to a wifi USB or

Virginia the 11000 is not wireless but machines that are not wireless can use some of the apps. They would need to transfer in different ways. From AcuDesign you can transfer to a lightening USB

I had that happen with my 15000 about a year ago. I took it to the shop where I bought it and the owner who is also a Janome service technician ordered the part and replaced it, but it didn’t fix

I figured since I am using the HP2 AccuFlex foot for the HP plate that attaches like the other Accufeed feet tseehe tab would light up. It sews just fine so I guess there's no problem.
