after 'stepping' away long enough to write the email, I went back, and figured out that i have to be in "Edit" mode to save!!!

Our 15000 app requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. We don't do Android, which your Samsun tablet uses, or laptops.

and also, beware in printing the manual you don't have the margins set such that you dont get the page numbers :( after getting it printed and bound i got home and tried to look something up....oops!

Still won’t open designs. I got to Open With - Choose default program. “Use this App for all .jef files” and that is checked and clicked on HL. Message - this app can’t run on your PC. I

Windows is only able to associate one program with a given file type. When you installed Horizon Link Suite (HLS) it should have become the default to open embroidery files, at least those in JEF or

Once you have an Apple ID, you have it forever. (And don't EVER have more than one! Long story, don't ask.) They don't track what products you own, another reason I like them.
