Re: Hoops for MC 15000
When I sold my MC12000 I kept the RE18 and the ASQ22 that I bought for my 12000.
I plan to resell the ASQ22 and keep the RE18 since the Quilt Maker 15000 came with the ASQ22.
I like having the RE18

Re: Prewound Bobbins
You can use pre-wound embroidery bobbins for ordinary sewing if you don't mine white thread, and possibly a bit more bobbin tension. The pre-wound bobbins are made with low-cost, high-tension thread

I hate to ask a dumb question, but are we supposed to use this type only for embroidery, not for regular sewing?
I’ve heard that bobbin thread should match sewing thread, but embroidery bobbin

Re: Prewound Bobbins
The best deal is a box of 108. Janome's prewounds with RA bobbin thread are the only ones sold in a quantity of 108. Others are 144. Here's a sample deal, there may be better on the web:

Jim what type of prewound bobbins does the 15000 take. I use to buy all my prewound from you and Diane when you had your store in Frisco Texas, I’m finally running out of them and need to replenish

Re: My 15000 Updates
I'm a bit confused. Are you asking about Floriani U? We don't have it, know nothing at all about it, and can't help with that. If you're asking about the My 15000 app, it is geared toward all levels

The troubleshooting section is PDFs, not videos. You'll find them on the "Resources" tab.
