You didn't say which machine you have, but the M foot is designed to be used with specific stitches. If you use it with the wrong foot the needle can hit one or more of the wires, damaging the foot

overedge foot m foot
I cannot get my mc to allow me to use this foot. I have a regular foot plate on and the m foot, but when I go to use it the overedge area is greyed out. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong

I came up with the design on my own after researching other ways to make a Stitch Book. I teach a class on this project at our local shop, it's always a popular class for new owners.

Yes, the "Stitchers Garden" is a great way to utilize the Stitches, and makes a lovely quilt! Two other quilt projects that also expand the use of decorative stitches are the "Latte Quilt" and "Triple

If you want to delete a file from the machine see page 167 in the Quilt Maker 15000 manual. Basically you just select the design you want to delete and touch the trash can icon.

From my own experience I would suggest that if you want to learn about how to use the various decorative stitches, the best way to start out is to stitch every single one of them and create a Stitch

One thing to remember is when selecting a stitch if the wrong plate or foot is on the machine the stitches that are not right or the plate is wrong the unusable stitches will be grayed out.
