I'm afraid it's back to the dealer again. Either something is disconnected or a sensor is misadjusted, but it's not something you can fix.

When I want to buy designs from other countries, I use a credit card through PayPal. Due to new banking regulations as of June, 2017, a US bank may not send funds like PayPal money from a checking

i recently got the new upgrade, used needle threader for first time, it did not work, I am getting error that will not go away (!Raise Presser Foot and Needle Bar then turn Power on Again), HELP!

My fear is that, if I download "free" designs from questionable sites (and I use more out of US designs than in US), that I will be downloading some kind of thing onto my computer that I don't want.
