My 12000 gives me the same message. If I gently push up in back of the needle bar, it solves the issue. Barb

I’ve had that problem and I now hold the thread in my left fingers to hold it at the right height until the bobbin is well started.

Well, I reinstalled acudesign and dropbox, then copied the files right from dropbox to acudesign, instead of importing from acudesign. So far so good. Hopefully, won't lose anymore edited files in my

I had this happen before and discovered I had allowed a loop of thread to get underneath when prepping the bobbin for winding. I am more careful now and it has never happened again.

I read that too and thought it very helpful in explaining the specific tension differences and how they interacted with the needle thread. That makes it easier to figure out other which bobbin to try

In addition to my 15000, I have a Brother ten needle embroidery machine and love the features... I have had Janomes since 1988 or so and love them.. HAVING SAID THAT...I think it’s so much more

I just want to say that I am loving my 15000 since the update! The needle threader works 100% of the time now - I’ve been doing a lot of thread changes with embroidery and haven’t had to manually

Ceil, I think your instructions are easy to understand. I haven’t worked with the files but just want to thank you for sharing the steps. I’ve saved them for when I start to use AcuEdit.
