I had this and it turned out that the belt had come off on the embroidery arm. It made a tremendous noise when it happened.

Thanks I read that too and was happy to see how well the thin thread worked instead of the mono-filament. I have good quality mono-filament thread but don't care for it. Feels like I'm sewing

Nope....actually wore the feed dogs. Dave was surprised and said he'd never seen that before. He just replaced the actual feed dogs, not the entire unit. Stole the feed dogs off of unit and placed

I took my machine in to have the white disk in the bottom of the bobbin case replaced. I ended up withe the new needle threader and P foot, a new spring that goes across the bobbin case, another

I didn’t see anything that would have prevented the arm from moving, no trash in the area, etc. so I decided to take it to the dealer. He is an hour away and only services the machines on the
